The TV didn’t work. Had to call someone in and our show was off by then. Then the volume would come and go. So we didn’t watch TV. The people in the room beside us were extremely loud until late Friday evening and started back at 6:00am Saturday morning. Also, the A/C sounded like a rat on a rusty wheel. At 8:00am Saturday morning, housekeeping barged in our room without knocking while we were trying to sleep. Then, the housekeepers were in the hallway speaking Spanish very loudly. Once the others left, the one housekeeper was talking to someone very loudly on her phone while working. Once she finally got off the phone, she turned a TV up loudly. This went on until 10:00am. My husband went down for breakfast at 7:00am and the eggs were cold. Not a good experience at all and will not be back.

The internet did not work for me at all and I got charged for smoking, I don’t smoke. I have breast cancer and proof of needing to stay away from people who smoke. Someone named Alice told me that a woman told her that after I checked out. I don’t trust hotels now and will be asking for someone to come from downstairs and check the room before I check out. I don’t trust Hilton hotels at this point and will not be staying there anymore. Hampton inn is where I stayed this time, but still Hilton.
