Very nice property in excellent condition. Clean, well equipped, and plenty of room for 2 adults and a dog. Spacious fenced back yard. Garage was a plus during a cold Rochester winter.

Home away from home

We have stayed here many times as a patient of Mayo clinic. It is conveniently located. It’s a very comfortable home. It has a very large fenced in backyard which we love for our small dogs. Highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

We came to Rochester for a wedding. We have 6 in our immediate family and a dog. This was a perfect spot for us to spend the weekend. We all slept comfortably and having 2 full baths for us all to get ready was a huge help as well. It's a very nice house!

We stayed here while in town for a long wrestling tournament. The house was perfect, close to downtown, clean, spacious, comfortable and fully stocked with all the essentials. This house was very nice, clean relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio with the campfire ring the big fenced backyard. The beds were comfortable. They have two queen beds, a twin and a futon. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. I would highly recommend this house as it was greatly located in Rochester and very quiet neighborhood
