Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
(Additional charges may ocur if not followed properly) Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Our cleaning crew will arrive shortly after to prepare for the next guests.
Dishes Please gather all dishes from around the house and bring them to the kitchen. If you can wash any pots and pans and load the dishwasher, it would be much appreciated.
Place all trash in the designated bins inside the house. Please turn off all lights. Lock both Main and Kitchen doors before leaving. If any windows were opened, ensure they are securely closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
