Our stay at Staybridge Suites Rochester was exceptional. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. They provided us with information about the hotel. A woman ran into the lobby during check in, running away from her crazy druggy boyfriend, who had just stabbed her in the arm. We were entertained sitting on back patio, watching the police try to track him down with dogs. This place needs security.

Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty. Hot coffee was available at all hours. Parking was easy. Location is convenient to multiple universities. Room 101 ( where we stayed ) was roomy, but the main bed is against a wall with a mechanical room on the other side that hummed all night.

We’ve had great experience at Staybridge hotels and we are adding this one to the list. Fresh baked cookies and friendly staff when you walk in. Complimentary drinks from mon-wed for guests. The room was nice with the kitchen and comfy bed. We had the river view which was nice cause you could see the university of Rochester too. Good breakfast. Deff will stay again :)
