A few notes that keep every stay safe and comfortable:

ID verification: A valid ID verification is required prior to check-in. Details will be provided before check-in.

Rental agreement: For insurance purposes, all guests review and sign a simple rental agreement before arrival. It covers the house rules and check-in/check-out times and takes just a couple of minutes.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Very clean, beautifully designed home. Gorgeous kitchen. Even though it has minimal square footage, it still feels spacious; and even with a family, you don't feel crammed. The driveway and parking are slightly narrow and tight, so it would be difficult to navigate for bigger vehicles. We also wish the bathroom sink was bigger as it was difficult to brush our teeth, and the shower door does not stay closed. Otherwise, this is a lovely home and absolutely perfect for a group of 3 or 4 to stay comfortably. Great location, typical drive time was 15 minutes to all of our destinations in Rochester!
