I was visiting to go to Mayo and I really appreciate that they had breakfast setup by 6am and they also have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hospital. The rooms were very clean and they offer rooms wih kitchenettes. They kept the breakfast well stocked and fresh. The hotel usually offer the same options every day. There are several restaurants and stores in the area. I would stay here again.

The room was a small suite. This allowed uninterrupted sleep for one while the other could work or relax with a movie or watch a baseball game. Very clean room and furnishings. Very Good breakfast. Super friendly desk staff. Overall the best room we've had and the price was very competitive with other places in this city.

I was not expecting a lot for the price we paid, but I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable (pretty sure they are memory foam)! The breakfast was pretty good, too! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Rochester area!

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms are good size and 3 sinks are convenient. Breakfast was awful and the coffee maker in the room was dirty and dusty inside. There is no elevator so if you have trouble getting around, make sure to book a room on first level.

I would give it 5 stars on the size of the room but everything else falls short. Condition of the room, the lack of breakfast options for persons with dietary restrictions, the rattling AC, people gathered under the gazeebo late at night, the kitchen staff helping themselves to breakfast at the same time as guests were all problems for me. The check in was pleasing. This is definitely an option if you need extra space during a short visit.

We come to thia.motel annually for a three day get together. The suites are well priced, breakfast is great... we are atill seeing old stand by staff. We have met many familes that have used this location as the base for long term care treatment at Mayo client and keep.coming back. Our rochester home away from home

I highly recommend a Business Suite, with a skylight in the living room and a huge bedroom. Everything is fresh and up to date. Lots of restaurants and a large mall near the property, and a mile to the extensive bike trail system along the river. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a suite with a kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the pillows great. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The room was EXTREMELY spacious with so much light! The common areas were pretty clean as well. The main issues were the bathroom non-slip matt being very old and stained, where you could see someone tried but could not get the years of dead skin off (I would suggest using a different, removable, easier to clean option), the cabinets were water damaged and poorly kept, and there was used gauze on the A/C unit controls. Lastly, it looked like the cleaning crew had been eating hot cheetos and pizza while changing the linens because there were crumbs throughout the bed and under the mattress and sheets. ALSO: 10/10 BREAKFAST!
