1st time being disappointed staying here. We have done several tos in the past and this time a big group of us total of 5 rooms went and stayed with our children. Plan was to take them swimming and have dinner at the crafthouse while husbands gambled. We did not get told the jacuzzi was not working till we went to the pool area. I guess the jacuzzi had been down for over a week which was a bummer to us moms. When we packed up everyone and headed to have dinner we went with the anticipation of waiting since we have our little ones but the Crafthouse did not want to entertain our group of 5 families. Being all seated together would have been amazing but we knew it was probably not possible but we asked to be seated as individual families and they could not. Manager was even called and he told our whole gang that since we came in together they would have to put us on one check I guess because they attach a 18% gratuity and that we would have to wait about 2 hours before seating. I asked once again if we could just be seated individually and he said not and apologized. Pretty embarrassing since there was other people waiting and all had to walk out. However we did end up getting a burger and chicken strips at the bistro who did take out orders and we were able to seat just fine. Not sure if I would make another stoner trip there. Other than that manager who didn't want to help or serve us the rest of the staff was nice and helping.
