I thought I had reserved a room at the Kahler Grand Hotel. When checking in with my disabled adult daughter for her appointments at the Mayo Clinic, I was told I was at the wrong Kahler hotel!!! I was stunned. Because the Kahler Grand is closest to Mayo Clinic, and because my daughter requires a wheelchair, I requested a room at the Kahler Grand. I was told the reservation would have easily been transferred FROM KAHLER INN & SUITES at no cost to me IF I HADN'T USED EXPEDIA TO MAKE THE RESERVATION! Please tell me I can get a refund of the $173.... !!! I had to pay for the preferred one night at the Kahler Grand BECAUSE I USED EXPEDIA to make the initial incorrect reservation. Please help me.

We were able to use the subway system to the Mayo Clinic and back to the hotel without going outside. This was a plus since it was cold and rainy weather. Our room was clean. Breakfast gave a good variety of choices.
