Great hotel connecting to the Mayo Clinic which is a huge perk. Staff was friendly doesn’t offer free breakfast but other options within walking distance and you don’t have to go outside. Room was a bit dusty but overall cleaned. Would definitely stay again.

You cannot beat the proximity of this hotel to Mayo Clinic - just a quick elevator ride down to the subway level so that you never have to go outside in the cold. The attached city parking ramp is also quite convenient. And the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating when we checked in. We enjoyed our room with a beautiful view of the decorated streets for Christmas other than a slow drain in the shower.
