The room was clean and staff was helpful. One thing that was really great was that both nights of our stay they had soup available. That was great since so many people were patients at Mayo and it was nice to just be able to stay in. Also they had a bus that went to the clinics.

The room was perfectly clean. Construction was first rate with tiled bathroom floors and shower wall. Great bedroom and bed. Nice kitchen facilities. Pleasant staff. Convenient to Mayo Clinic. The 4am train whistle from the tracks next to the building was the only negative.

The electrical outlet plugs in the room were worn out. Most would not hold a plug. Plug in their hair dryer or the brick to charge my phone and it would just drop out of the socket. Frustrating and especially in the bathroom NOT SAFE. The room was worn but meticulously clean.
