We stayed at this hotel for 28 days. Clean modern facility. All the staff were amazing from front desk to the kitchen staff especially Johnny and Maria. The front desk were very attentive and helpful with questions, recommendations, or just conversation. Johnny and Maria were amazing for breakfast every day. They made sure breakfast was ready to go everyday on time. The breakfast selections were also great for a hotel. Couldn’t have ask for a better stay at Hyatt House Rochester. Although Mayo was in walking distance, I enjoyed the shuttle to and from Mayo Clinic Monday- Friday. Those drivers were amazing as well.
