Clean room but not so friendly staffs at the cafeteria. Cleaning housekeepers opened door without knocking at 10:30AM (1.5 Hr before noon check out time) The hotel is at great location for being close to Eastman School of Music, but the streets were under construction during my visit in April 2026.

Broken lamp glued together and with a prerty questionable stain. Not that I am picky but it was the first thing I saw when I woke up or went to sleep. Leaking water in the hallway, and the restaurant wasnt open during our stay, whixh was part of the decision to stay there.
