The staff were very caring, they texted us during our stay to make sure we were doing good or if we needed anything. Room was clean very efficient, breakfast was great many options, as well as the parking no problems. Will definitely come back. Oh and great location, not to far from Mayo Clinic and everything you need is close.

The hotel was very clean, I was impressed by the room. It was small but very clean and the cleaning staff there was always on top of cleaning, they came to our room right away in the morning while we were at breakfast. The hot breakfast food was not the best but there was a lot of variety and they switched the meals up each day so that was nice. The pool area and hot tub were nice and clean and warm and working. The front desk worked super quick. It was a great stay

Breakfast was wonderful including items for non milk drinkers. Rooms were clean, WiFi good, and pool being opened 24 hours! The heat between whirlpool and pool got a little messed up, but not a deal breaker.

When we booked the room, I’d selected 2 queen beds but ended up with 1 king bed and sofa bed. We tried to change rooms but they wouldn’t allow us. Then the walls were paper thin. There were a group of boys hockey players staying on the same floor. They went around banging everyone’s door including ours extremely loudly. We’ve had to call down several times as we were trying to go to sleep because we also had a tournament. The bed was hard and pillows too soft and flat. Overall, the experience was just awful. Unfortunately the staff said because we booked through Expedia, they couldn’t do anything to accommodate us.
Lots of stains that were left behind.
Limited closet space.
Limited space to store clothes.

We checked in just fine, but a few hours later another party tried to enter our room. Apparently the person who checked us in mistakenly put us in the wrong room. No big deal right? Then in the middle of the night the same situation occured. Extremely frustrating.
