The hotel is nice, updated, BUT the walls are thin, you hear everything in the hallways, kids running, doors slamming and if there is someone in the room above, you can hear them walking and moving around. The bed was way too firm for my husband and I. Breakfast was your standard, eggs with meat and waffles. There were bagels, muffins, cereal, both hot and cold and a variety of other things. Better offerings than other hotel chains. This hotel is located on a very busy road.

Breakfast was good and Hampton Inns have some of the better quality coffee available with their breakfast. My one issue is more of a statement about a design trend I've noticed that hotels have been leaning toward, why the sliding doors for the bathroom? It's a terrible idea, you can hear everything and it reduces the amount of privacy when doing ones business. Put the regular doors back.

Hotel was not that close to Mayo but there were shuttles available. Hotel was clean, has pool and hot tub. Has Mexican food truck in the parking lot which serves good tacos. Love the staff

Clean room and hotel, bike in exercise room was broken but everything else was very user friendly! There were no 10 or 15 pound weights but it was very clean! The room was great, super comfortable, but the shower sprayed everywhere (super old) and the faucet didn’t spray properly either. I enjoyed my stay!

People we're nice and helpful, breakfast was good, I liked how you could make small waffles. Rooms are a little bit small but laid out well and updated, beds were comfortable. Parking was just fine very close to our room. They have shuttle to Mayo unfortunately we didn't use it because of our own needs but really wish we would have especially for our early morning appointment. Traffic and parking can be bad in the morning

One night traveling through. Renovated a couple years ago. Clean and pleasant. The only thing that could use some improvement was, we stayed in an accessible room and the tile on the floor of the shower looked like it could be a bit cleaner. The grout around the edges needed to be bleached.
