I had to check out before breakfast was available, but the front desk staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. I loved the extra add-on of the animal creations made from the towels.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Rochester. 4 times in the last 6 months alone, and many other stays over the years, and too, always multiple nights. Clean, convenient, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast for this price point hotel. I will say most all of the single rooms need mattress upgrades, they just have no support left in them (this most recent stay was #215). I don't seem to have this issue when I stay in the double rooms, so maybe the single rooms just haven't been distributed new ones. The availability of snow removal tools for use on my car before departing was much appreciated (heavy snowfall overnight).

The room was clean and we loved the added touches throughout! Three tiny Jesus statue in the night stand, the towels folded into animal shapes etc. Super cute!! Breakfast was good. Love the eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy! Even good coffee. We will definitely stay here again! Great reviews and price were what sold us! 2 thumbs up. 👍👍

Bed bugs. Was watching TV from the bed and caught one crawling on me, even though the lights were all on. I only had one set of clothes and pajamas because I was staying one night. They gave me a new room, dried my clothes, gave me garbage bags for my stuff and told me to spray everything with alcohol, but I am terrified that I am going to take them home with me. Went to Walmart and bought giant ziploc bags, bagged everything possible and am going to hope they didn’t make it into my car. Am in town to go to the hospital here and just didn’t need this the night before my big appointment. I know bedbugs happen but what a bummer.

Internet was good. There was a nice room with an elliptical, treadmill, and bike. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, and a meat, oatmeal, fruit, waffles for breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. Room was just like the pictures.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The free breakfast was a very nice added feature. Hotel had a very positive vibe, with a board containing positive affirmations when you walked in that said, "take what you need!" I would definitely recommend and would stay again when in Rochester.

Always been very, very happy with our stay here. Staff is kind, considerate & the location welcoming & homey. Was disappointed this time in most of the hot breakfast portion (coffee, eggs, bacon, sausage gravy). Not sure if new staff but wasn’t prepared well, and these items tasted funny.
