I liked everything about this hotel in general it had adequate parking , the continental breakfast was nice the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the hotel staff left the air conditioning off in our room we arrived late around 11:00 pm to find our room at 86 F / 30 C

Well, it's a 2 star hotel and lives up to that billing. The room was clean and looked decent. The exterior needs more attention. It's the cheapest option if you want to stay in Brockport.

Room was really small and stunk. Bed was dirty sheets had not been changed in awhile. Lights were hanging off the wall and some didn't work. This place needs to be inspected and condemned

You definitely get what you pay for with the Econolodge. I’m just happy the sheets were clean enough to lay my head. When trying to check in there was no one at the desk for about two hours After calling twice, I stopped back again in person and was lucky enough to get somebody. Location is a bit noisy, but I’m OK with that Hardest part is wondering if you’re taking any critters home with you at the end. But like I said you get what you pay for!

We did not stay there because the room was disgustingly smelly. Our 7 yr old grandson opened the refrigerator and it was full of moldy food. We immediately left. I talked to the clerk not 10 minutes after we checked in. I told him I wanted a refund and he nodded his head. We were in town for my mother’s graveside service. It made for a hard weekend!

ice machine broken. fridge did not work exterior falling apart heater went hot to cold and back sink drain slow to drain. no sink stopper office area old and outdated tv low budget a/c heater filter very dirty. we felt like we were in a third world country. the outlet plugs would not hold anything plugged in.

All rooms are on ground floor, with windows facing parking. The bathroom window did not lock at all - mechanism was broken and screen ripped. The window in the main (sleeping) room had a single lock. The towels had brown stains on them. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the pillows (only 3 for a king bed) were small and squashed.
