Spacious, clean and comfortable!

Our group was in town to tour some local college campuses. The house was well-located with just a short drive to both UR and RIT. The suburban neighborhood location was very quiet and safe, and required just a few minutes’ drive to the downtown shops and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and well-appointed. Procedures were well-communicated. We would definitely stay here again if our kids end up choosing colleges in the area!

Great stay and perfect location!

The house size was perfect for our family of 4! We felt just like at home with everything we needed. The location was in a nice community area and very quiet during the day and night (with minor local traffic). The location also made it for quick access to stores and restaurants and was also only a few miles away from the location for the appointment for our kids. Everything was great and Lourdes was quick to reply to our communications via the VRBO app! Would highly recommend and will definitely keep in mind for the next time we are in the Rochester area!

Really nice stay. However, there is no hot tub like the listing says. And the kitchen could use more silverware. There were not enough forks, spoons and knives for 6 ppl to eat

RIT alumni weekend

Great location - quiet and rural but close to Henrietta/Brihlghton and RIT. Very good for running/walking. The house was very clean and well maintained. The patio must be lovely in the summer.
