Because of our late train arrival the reception desk was closed. We had informed the property two days prior by email but it was not acknowledged. We were fortunately met by a representative who took us to our room. Lovely room but a/c didn’t work, fans only. :(

The apartment was immaculate - an impressive modern build in an historic building. it’s important to be totally clear on arrival arrangements - we weren’t - the underground car park is through a gate on Esplanade Pierre Soumet. The reception is in the Annex building. Contact the staff well in advance or using WhatsApp as the old walls impede the phone signal. Breakfast is in La PiĂ©ce Ă  CafĂ© 
 bread/pastry, coffee, juice. Plenty of venues for food and drink within a few minutes walk. Good value and we would definitely stay again.

Schöne Anlage in herrlicher Lage

Die Wohnungen sind sehr groß und schön möbliert. Leider sind sie aber auch sehr dunkel. Wir waren im Erdgeschoß und haben uns nicht getraut, die Fenster offen zu lassen, weil man von außen hĂ€tte einsteigen können. Es macht den Eindruck, dass die Anlage nur von jungen Leuten gefĂŒhrt wird. Leider sind sie damit total ĂŒberfordert. Uns wurden die Hotelkosten zwei Mal vom Konto abgebucht. Leider sprechen die Angestellten nur ein sehr schlechtes Englisch, was die VerstĂ€ndigung sehr erschwert. Wir hatten ein inkludiertes FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Es war sehr schön außen vor dem CafĂ© zu sitzen. Leider war das Personal teilweise mit der Ausgabe des FrĂŒhstĂŒcks auch ĂŒberfordert.
