It is a welcoming 140 m² house, overlooking a large garden in Rochefort-en-Terre. It has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults). It has a garden with a 40 m² terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. You also have parking. Inside the house, you have a fireplace, an iron, a children's area, and a radio. As for the open-plan kitchen, it operates on gas and is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a fryer, a toaster, a kettle, and a citrus press.
