The hotel was very pretty. The rooms could have use a paint job but we had a great balcony and bathroom was big. We did go off season so there wasn’t a lot of people. I was disappointed that the fountain outside wasn’t on & the ones inside. The staff was mediocre at best. When we checked out there was no one at the front desk and we just left our keys. So our experience wasn’t the best.

Not impressed at all. Although the hotel was practically empty, all of the guests were in rooms next to each other, and it was NOISY! The mattress was so old and uncomfortable. It was sunken in the middle, super thin, and the springs were poking me all night. TV didn't work. Lamp didn't work. No tissues. Reeked of chlorine. Breakfast was sad. It was probably a great hotel in the past (they have plaques in the lobby saying they won awards many years ago) but it's like they stopped trying.

The decor of the hotel was nice with quite a grand feel. The staff where helpful even though I couldn't speak a word of Italian, they managed to sort me out Taxis and other services.

Runed Down , bed springs were worn and make noise.

Breakfast was disgusting, even had mold on a piece of cake . It was stale and not much of a breakfast . The mattress was worn out springs and old . I have stayed there once before and was ok , but never again . 0 star ⭐️.

Parco dei Principi is NOT a Five Star Hotel

I have stayed several times at this hotel in the last 15 years. This is no longer a five star hotel in any sense. The entire structure is in need of repairs. The rooms lack any comforts and the feeling is of a poorly maintained three star hotel. I know there are many three and four star hotels in the area that offer superior lodging and service for a significantly lower price.

Friendly, quality clean hotel with good restaurant

Everything about the hotel is great, including the restaurant which is reasonable in price for such an establishment. Local area quiet out of season, however the restaurant close to the hotel, La Cascina, is highly recommended for both quality steak and seafood, and at prices more reasonable than the resorts on the Tyrrhenian coast of Calabria.

Beautiful hotel

We were pleased to have selected this hotel. It was beautiful. The staff were all wonderful. They were very accommodating and could not do enough for us. Laura recommended a wine shop and arranged a tasting for us. We had such a great evening. Overall a lovely experience
