Our experience was horrible. The lazy, inept hotel registration desk workers could not find our reservation, insulted me with questions like "Are you sure you booked THIS hotel on THIS date?" and then claimed they "lost the reservation". We did not stay, re-booked next door at the GoldStrike and Hotels.com was little or no help. We were charged for both reservations -- Just a horrid experience all the way around.

I didn’t get the king bed which I requested when I reserved. I was told at check in our room was close to elevators would hate to see how far it would have been if not close. Rooms need updated which I think they r working on.

This was the most dissappinting stop on our road trip. First the room was really far from the elevator and none of the staircases were useable . There was only one lamp in the room.There was one light in the bathroom.There was no soap to wash your hands. There was no washcloth or hand towels. The curtain didn't cover the window ( was it missing?) The casino did not have coffee or soda.The TV did not work. It was fairly clean , but the room was so dark it could have been filthy. There was someone else hair on the sheets
