The biggest problem we had was stained box spring and dirty baseboards in 3187. As a former maintenance supervisor of a major hotel brand, there has to be a time (periodically, at least) for deep cleaning and paint touch ups inside the rooms.

You said it was all redone it WAS NOT. They put us in a room that smell like smoke very dirty so they moved us to a other room it smell like smoke but as bad. The room's are not done. I did not sleep cause of the smell.

I booked a Labor Day weekend for my 82 year old mother. The faucet handle for the bathtub/shower was broken. She reported it to the front desk and they never came to fix it, nor did they offer her another room. I didn't learn about this until a few days after her stay, when she told me that she wasn't able to shower the entire weekend. I sent an e-mail to Caesar's via their online customer service form. That was three weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from anyone. Not a great look for the Horseshoe.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!

200$ a night and had to sit in the hallway or go downstairs to get internet. Dropped calls and no FaceTime with family. Hair in the tub, eyelashes and public hair. But no maid service , had to go buy cleaner and clean it myself. 3 people in the room but towels delivered were only 2.No water pressure. Clogged toilet for no reason. Key cards quit working daily. No compensation nothing!! This was 4 days of roughing it at a 200$ a night hotel! I refused to gamble here, we drive to gamble and eat elsewhere.. wasn’t going to spend another penny here. They told me to call their Internet provider to complain, tell me what that would do for us!!!

Not so good.

Room was okay. Pretty run down for a smoking room. Pubic hairs all over the bathtub. Dirty countertops. No trash bags in the trash cans. Floors were dirty. Casino was horrible. No waitstaff and cranky workers that were to be found.
