Clean, the front lady who checked us in was excellent getting a perfect room. The bad, key cards wouldn’t reopen door after 8 am when checkout was 10am. Took 25 minutes for security to come up and let us in to retrieve pillow!

Very diverse and my fiance and I loved our stay!! Great staff especially the front desk!! The front desk went above and beyond when it came to customer service! Tbis was my fiancee and I 's 1st stay there, together. It was romantic especially Chicago steak house.
