Got theough check in ok. Then my family went to the room and needed to get in and the people that own/run the place told them they didn't belong there and told them we had to leave. Didn't evwn get to be in the room. Dropped the luggage off and got kicked out. The black lady that took my information asked me how many people and i said 4 then the man saisit only said 2 on the computer.

Before I start, let me say I dont mind "tired" as long as its clean. This hotel got a lot of great reviews and most of them stated it was very clean. While the room was technically clean the rest didn't make it a good stay. The towells and bath matt had holes. The A.C. sounded like a semi tractor using its jake brakes when it turned on. The bed sounded like it was sitting on tin baking dishes- every time you moved, it clanged. The tub was stained on the bottom and there were cob webs in the room. The tile floor was (I think) permanently stained. The walls were so thin I could hear the person in the next room sigh! The windows were dirty and the soap dispenser in the tub/shower was empty. The owners were less than personable and when they tried to move me from the "suite" I booked to a double queen I refused. He said "why?" - like I should need a reason! How about "this is what i booked". In fairness i was traveling with my cat. When I arrived they said my room is pet free. I told them they should have stated this on the web site. They gave me the room I booked but I will NEVER stay there again. The only good thing I can say is there weren't any bed bugs. Bottom line - Don't walk away - RUN!
