An updated kitchen, gas cooktop, dishwasher and butler pantry stocked with goodies ..but wait there's more!!......a newly updated main bathroom with large shower and vanity, newly updated ensuite with double sink, walk in robe and a newly updated laundry with extra large trough in case you bring a little sweet baby that may need a bath!

The living area has a split reverse cycle air conditioner, slow combustion fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating...and the best thing..is the view!! Its panoramic from this window......
