Two of the bedrooms include their own en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has a dedicated full bathroom located just outside the room, right next to it. Each bedroom features a king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep.

You’ll also find a half bathroom conveniently located off the dining area, ideal for guests and shared use during the day.

•⁠ There is construction next door currently in its final stage. Work takes place between 8 AM and 5 PM, but the heaviest tasks have already been completed—some light daytime noise may still occur.
•⁠ No kids under 8 years old are allowed.
•⁠ The house located on a second level. Please be mindful of the residents in the unit below during your stay. The floors are wooden therefore, avoid loud music and any other things that might disturb the other residents.

•⁠ If you travel by plane, the distance from the Juan Manuel Galvez Airport to the studio is 15 to 20min.
•⁠ If you travel by ferry the distance from the Galaxy Wave and Roatan Dream Ferry is 20 to 25 min.

•⁠ Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details.

•⁠ Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa.

•⁠ Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (3:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure.

•⁠ In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.

•⁠ Please note this is a pet friendly community, however this villa is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently. •⁠ Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay; otherwise, you won’t be able to travel to Honduras.
