Room was like in the pictures. Once you figure out how to get there its great. They send a message in the hotels.com app. It would be better if it came as a text or whatsapp message.
Hotels.com never said anything about it not being a hotel that doesn’t have a front desk so you can check in easily when you get in. Didn’t say anything about that until I saw in the email the next morning you need 24 hr in advance to get code for lock box key and did not even give me the correct contact info to get ahold of the owner. It ended up working out but the communication was horrible and I wasn’t sure if we actually had a confirmed place to stay. I only figured it out by searching the internet for the correct what’s app number of the host of the place and they didn’t get back to me until 3 hours before check in. Needless to say it was stressful. Even hotels.com couldn’t get ahold of anyone for us and said they could only help us if the owner didn’t get in touch with us one hour before we were to check in. FYI The beach in front is not the one in the picture. It is the beach next door.
The room had a really bad smell. The place doesn't look anything like it is advertised. They had to have taken them several years ago. There is garbage everywhere, the pool was unusable. The "private beach" was dirty and not white sands. You use Los Palmas next door. The wood on the pathway is decrepit, has holes everywhere in it. The "cooked to order" breakfast is not cooked to order, they bring everyone the same food. The door is a patio door that you lock, on a shared patio for 3 other rooms. You are not close to any amenities. We stayed one night and moved, the manager wouldn't even think about giving a refund. She said we got the room in the pictures. That was the only think that looked the same as pictures.
Room was ok but no remote for tv. Running out of toilet paper and request for facecloth and fresh towels never answered. Resort caters to cruise ships so the bar and services close at 4:00pm. Rooms are adjacente to resort but not part of it. Pools are old and no services around them for food toilets or sinks that are falling apart. Private beach is not maintained no cleaning or chairs unless you go next door. No food or drink options after 4pm. Nothing in walking distance. TV in tje room did not have a remote. Breakfast was advertised as made to order but not the case at all far from it or pictures on Expedia site. We left as well as 2 other couples next to us the next day because we could not get any supplies in walking distance. We moved and the resort refused to provide any refunds for the mistepresentation and Expedia could not help get us a refund. Not what we expected at all!

Nos dejan 1/2 rollo de papel de baño 2 noches 3 días.
Tuvimos intermitencias de luz en el complejo, y eso lo hace incómodo por el calor que se acumula en n la habitación
