So Hilton has a new thing now or they cancel your reservation. If you don’t get there before midnight, we had no idea because we were on a long road trip and didn’t get there till 1215. It was a massive hassle when we were already extremely fatigued. It was not the front desk, managers fault, but it took up a lot of our time Hilton you need to do better! The room itself was extremely comfortable with the best pillows I’ve ever had in a hotel!
