Clean Room, comfortable beds. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Troutville location going to and from Gatlinburg TN. After our 1st night we asked for a ground room floor for when we came back a few days later. They made it happen and were very helpful. Good location. Recommend Angells Diner down the road about .5 mi. if you dont want to do Cracker Barrel which is walking distance.

Only issue was our room door didn't close tightly so it let in a draft and lots of traffic noise. Management thanked us for reporting it but no apology or room discount.
