The dirtiest motel IV ever stayed blood on shower seat dirt spots on floor.and no damm hot water had to ck in hospital without shower.....I want my money back.just nasty

I had the worst experience in my life. As a woman traveling alone I saw this place as somewhere safe. I was walked in on before checkout exposed by the maid and her minor child. I was completely embarrassed and when I went to tell management the front desk person just laughed. That broke my heart. I asked for the manager who was suppose to arrive at 11am did not come and it’s now 4:11pm no call no follow up or nothing. I requested a full refund and I hope they comply. I intend on reporting their business to the authorities if I do not get a response. This is completely unacceptable!

Room did not look like pictures. Had to enter the room from the outside like a motel. No front desk staff at night. Front doors locked from dusk until dawn. Not in a great area. Security latch on door was barely hanging on. Took a cold shower because water barely got warm.

1. felt marijuana/cannabis smell the moment I opened the room door. Not outside, inside. 2. there was old red stain in the bed (possibly menstruation cycle), they just covered it with white blanket. i was about to get in to the bed when i noticed the stain. I will not visit again. I fell for the pictures posted in expedia.

This is a the most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in. There is hair in the bed, in the tub, on the walls, embedded in the towels. There are dead bugs and dirt/dust along every wall and corner. I would have never stayed here had it not been rated so highly on Expedia which I booked through. I can deal with outdated, but this is just unsanitary. I’d upload the pictures with this review but there is not an option to. I am pregnant and traveling on a 12 hour trip to care for family and all I wanted was a shower and clean bed to sleep in before hitting the road again in the morning. I paid for a hotel room at a lesser rate on the way here which was amazing. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Management was very nice and accommodating; however the room was lacking. First thing, a huge puddle of water leaked from refrigerator taking 3 bath towels to sop up; refrigerator did not work. The heater in our room did not work. We were given 2 electric heaters which kept us warm but not a safe thing to use. Also our water would not get hot; all reported to management. room was clean & bed comfortable.
