The room was excellent! However the hotel was being renovated and the fire alarm went off at 4 am to exit the building. 2 fire trucks arrived and we went back into the hotel about 30 minutes later! I travel alot but never experience the fire alarm until this stay! Customer service was excellent, room was great, and we felt safe during our stay!

The hotel is under a much needed renovation and you could tell. The ice-machine on our 3rd floor room did not work and it hasn’t worked in a while. I’m glad they are renovating it because Tina good hotel that needs renovating!

Very nice accomodation. Very clean, spacious room. Very well appointed breakfast menu. Of special note.....front desk attendant. Michele H. was extremely pleasant to deal with. She really went over and above to welcome us and ensure we were comfortable. Some people are extremely well suited to the service industry, and Michele is one of those persons. Her dedication to her job alone will keep me coming back when I'm in the Roanoke area.
