I’m very disappointed with my stay. I was incorrectly charged a pet fee for my service animal, which is clearly stated to be exempt based on its own policy. At check-in, I showed the front desk staff my service dog license, yet the staff still insisted on charging the fee. After my stay, I reached out to the hotel to request a refund for this improper charge, but I never received a response or approval, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, the breakfast was very subpar—very limited options, which was disappointing compared to what’s typically expected. I would not recommend this hotel.

Super nice staff. Sheets had a stain on them and lots of hair. Not sure if they were changed or not. Bed too soft for my taste. Very small bathroom. The sheets didn’t smell just hair. Yuk
