Room 212...door was open when we arrived. Difficult to close. Had to pull the door hard. Bathroom did not have enough towels. No tissues. 1 roll of tp for 4 people. Clock radio did notcwork. Could not set time or alarm. Phone did not work. Dirty under the bed. Dirty clothes under bed. Room was not cleaned well. Room was freezing when we arrived. Desk attendent was disrespective and did not concern about our needs. Breakfast area was crowded and organized well. Big round tables were to big for an extra small room. Hard to pass others. Very congested dinning area. Hotel service took care of our towel needs. Breakfast service attendent was most helpful and quickly responded to any needs. I would recommend this hotel. We have stayed in several BW and never these issues.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. However our door handle was messed up and we had to retry several times to enter. Toilet seat loose. Stains in carpet. And I totally did not like the pool being upfront at lobby.

Not the best choice

The location is very remote, though there are options to eat. Pool area was okay, and front desk helpful. Worst part was at the pool and the people who were extremely loud and took up the whole pool then were rude to the front desk worker.

Clearly Outdated. Just completed a road trip through 5 different states, of all the hotel stays this was the most expensive yet worst one we stayed at. And the others were all top name chain hotels also. Probably will steer clear of BW in the future.

The ev charging was a huge plus! Charging overnight to start the next day fully charged was amazing. The bed was super comfy. Best sleep ever.
