Horrible service. Stair case was dirty, smelled like pee. Broken furniture, wasn’t comfortable staying there and didn’t even stay for the night, let alone an hour. Front desk was terrible, wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

The shower was dripping and would not stop. The bathroom door was out of alignment and would not close. The main light did not work. The refrigerator did not work and made a buzzing noise all night. Paint was chipped off the walls in multiple areas

I was very disappointed in the conditions of my room. It was so bad that we wanted to get out if there as soon as we could. The door flew open when we went in. It was difficult to close. The bathroom door knob was broken. If we had closed the door completely, someone would have been locked in the bathroom. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom. I will not stay in a Baymont ever again if this is the quality.

The only thing edible for breakfast was the waffles and cereal. The rooms doors had damage had to push door for it to close properly. The floors where dirty to the point where i left my shoes on to keep my feet from being black.

this hotel was excellent. I will definitely stay there again (hope it does not get so popular that I cannot find a room). It was safe, clean and quiet. the beds were very comfortable. the downstairs rooms that had patio doors made it easy to ex my dog. the lighting in the bathroom was very good. I feel I could stay here for weeks and be very comfortable. My husband is quadriparetic, and we could not get a handicap room, but there was enough clearance to get into the bathroom, and we thankfully brought our own toilet seat riser, Love this hotel!! The hotel room we had was dated but clean! The climate control was fairly efficient and the bathroom was absolutely clean and comfortable. This hotel was a very good value for the price in this area.

An okay older budget friendly hotel. Not as clean as i would have liked so i texted management but got no response but wasnt a complete deal breaker. Great parking, close to all major routes and attractions. Breakfast was ok, would of loved more fruit options but for $75 a night you can't complain. Overall an oksy experience.
