Réservation annulée par l'hôte la veille de l'arrivée !!!

Tout est dans le titre. Ce n'est pas une pratique convenable. J'ai dû trouver au dernier moment un autre ébergement. Quand à la personne d'ABRITEL que j'ai eu au téléphone, qui devait me rappeler dans 5 mn pour me proposer un autre logement, j'attends toujours son coup de fil. Manque de professionnalisme de bout en bout. Je me demande même comment on peut demander un avis sur une réservation annulée ???
