The only issue with the hotel is the live music set up in the courtyard that blared on a loud speaker until midnight. We only had the room from 9 pm until 3:30 am due to a flight delay. Not acceptable for people staying in international hotels close to airports that really just want to sleep. "

"We stayed here during a very stressful time, as we had to leave Kuwait by land due to the situation in the region. On arrival, Safia and Abrar at reception were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even arranged a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, after our flight was cancelled, we returned after midnight needing another room. The receptionist (Turky) offered us the same room at nearly three times the previous price. When I questioned it, his attitude became unfriendly and unhelpful, despite our difficult situation and traveling with a person with special needs. His comment that the previous staff were nice only because it was our “first stay” was very disappointing.
