The minute we walked in, we noticed cockroaches, spiders, and gnats all over the kitchen. The floor in the living room was damaged, there was no cold water, and the dock was very loose, making it feel unsafe and scary to go fishing from it.

This aged treasure on Baffin Bay is at a great location. Some tree maintenance would have been appreciated, low hanging limbs broke off light on our boat. The house had a good layout for our needs. It had a full kitchen and outdoor grill. Had plenty of hot water and a well lit pier. We had no wifi and thus no TV, being smart TVs. It is an older home that if had some TLC would be outstanding. It worked just fine for the guys outing. We would stay here again if needed.

Check in was horrible. We never heard from the host on check in instructions or access gate code. Messaged him many times. VRBO was able to get us the access code and house key after about 2 1/2 hours after check in time. When I finally received a response, host was indifferent and stated that someone else was supposed to take care of it. The location of the house with waterfront and pier were excellent. The inside was clean except we found two dead roaches. The house needs some work but otherwise the fishing and outdoors was pleasant. I would not rent this again.

We absolutely enjoyed our 3 day stay and LOVED the dock! It's a perfect rustic fishing cabin with everything us guys needed to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving. We caught over 30 fish and although we threw them all back it def was a lot of fun. Loved the lighted dock and green lights in water. Fish bite heavy at dawn! We grabbed bait and bfast tacos 5 mins away at Baffin bay convenience store. If you are looking to fish and relax and utility is your goal this is it. The address is little off in Google so look for the large bobber hanging next to gate. Also the numbers on street aren't in order so this location comes before 2018 or 2020, etc. Coming in late at night was a little confusing but once we realized the numbers were off we had no problem.

We were extremely disappointed with the property. To start we didn’t get the check-in information until an hour after check-in and only after we requested it. The house is in dire need of repair and updates. There were roaches and spiders everywhere. We even had to pick up a dead mouse under the kitchen table. There were not enough towels and some of the beds only had bottom sheets. I will never book this property again.

Very disappointed with all of it some of the lights in the home didn’t work we killed 5or more big roaches, first night we were fishing on the pier something under the pier broke and the center of the pier dropped about 3-4” with 5 of us being on it and 3 being kids under 10 yrs old messaged the owner he sent someone the next day to check he said one of the main post had broke but it shouldn’t drop any more that pier is very poorly made compared to all the other pier’s around it over all very bad experience for my grandkids first Ever fishing trip that property is not worth the money I paid could not even fish without being worried about pier
