📖 A little bit of history about the property: At the foot of the source of Le Perroy, dominated by the forest, the small historic farmhouse of the Manoir duPerroy has been the subject of constant care by the same family for nearly 100 years for himkeep its traditional look and so characteristic of the country of Caux. In a green setting, this rather exceptional set of small rural buildings inthatched roofs of reeds have permanently lost its agricultural vocation for thirty years. To revive this magical place in a different way , an important restoration campaignrespecting the tradition was committed over several years to first save thedovecote, one of the smallest in Normandy, then restore and modernize the house of thefarmer and finally arrange the surrounding gardens. Its new vocation as a "family home" is to keep the soul of the place, a trace ofantique materials, family memories, an authentic rural spirit, a decorationsoothing to feel good. Contemporary and practical comfort has been part of an environmental approachvirtuous.Our happiness is to open this house, to share it, to make it live for a momenthappy and unique.
