Very popular with tourists, close to Rouen with regular public transportation (departures almost every hour to Rouen and Le Havre). This independent vacation rental is located on the upper floor of a 1960s-era house with a 600-square-meter enclosed garden situated on the hills above Caudebec-en-Caux, in a very quiet residential neighborhood (single-family homes and apartment buildings). You’ll enjoy views of the Seine from the cottage’s living room and balcony, as well as the immediate proximity to the forest for hiking enthusiasts. Halfway between Rouen and Le Havre, Caudebec-en-Caux lies on the banks of the Seine at the foot of the Brotonne Bridge. The riverfront promenade along the Seine offers a most pleasant stroll right in the heart of the town, aptly nicknamed “the Pearl of the Val de Seine.” Shops and restaurants nearby. The owners do not allow smoking inside the house. Access to the house via a few steps: - open kitchen (dishwasher, single-bowl sink, microwave, 4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment) - living room with French doors opening onto a balcony (equipped with an awning) offering a view down to the Seine, - sitting room, 110cm TV, - small, narrow bathroom: large 120x90cm shower, sink, - toilet - bathroom: large 160x85cm shower with one showerhead at each end, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), travel crib, and high chair available upon request before your arrival. Gas heating included from October through April. In the basement: - laundry room: washing machine, dryer, freezer. Outdoor areas: Garden furniture and barbecue on a large 25 m² terrace with a view of the Seine; free street parking nearby.
