There is also a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, etc.) and a modern shower room with WC.



A range of equipment completes the package (Wi-Fi, television, fan, Bluetooth speaker, etc.).



In addition, this flat has a terrace facing the sea, offering a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as the kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots.



All you have to do is cross the road to find yourself on the beach, swimming, sunbathing, taking advantage of the many water-based activities or just relaxing with your feet in the water.
