Everything and everyone was excellent except the bed kept separating and the pillows were shocking. Otherwise we loved it and girls at reception were so nice and helpful and friendly.

charming flat in fantastic location.

Extremely comfortable stay in charming attic minutes from place de la Concorde and la Madeleine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Strongly recommend

Great facilities, zero service

Great condo with rooms and apartments, with a great pool and outdoors. In great condition and super comfortable. But service is almost non existent: nobody available at 10pm to ask for toilet paper (!) and they even make you take your sheets off the bed before leaving (!!). Also, avoid breakfast: poor selection of industrial/packed food, overpriced and not worth your money.

Hébergement pratique et plutÎt bien équipé. Résidence avec services intéressants (location de vélos, laverie, piscine, tables de ping-pong 
). Petit mais avec tout le confort requis pour un excellent séjour (lave-vaisselle, clim, sÚche-cheveux, machine à café, bouilloire, grille-pain etc
). La piscine est agréable et légÚrement chauffée (elle est en réalité de 2-3 degrés de moins que ce qui est annoncé - gagnerait à avoir la température ciblée pour que les enfants puissent vraiment en profiter) Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

SĂ©jour trĂšs Sympathique

tout s'est trÚs bien passé la résidence est trÚs bien, de tout confort et trÚs bien placée. plusieurs activités à proximité pour les enfants. tout se fait à vélo, vous pouvez louer les vélos sur place à prix trÚs raisonable. Seul bémole pour moi, c'est la communication concernant l'ouverture de la piscine, sur Hotels.com, il est dit que la piscine chauffé et ouverte de Avril à septembre alors que la piscine n'était pas ouvert les 2 premiers jours aprÚs notre arrivée et elle était à 21 degré . La piscine est une élément déterminant dans le choix d'un établissement hÎtelier surtout quand on a des enfants. Le personnel de l'établissement en revanche était au petit soin. Je recommande surtout pour les familles.
