There is also a large, bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, microwave, etc.), a modern shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC.



A range of equipment completes the apartment (Wi-Fi, television, fans, Bluetooth speakers, etc.).



This flat also has a private 20m² garden opening onto the residence's garden, facing the sea and offering an exceptional view of the islands, as well as the kitesurfing, windsurfing and wingfoil spots!
