The family-friendly accommodations at Residenza Monica are located on the northern shore of Lake Garda, just 500 meters from the beautiful center of Riva. The historic town of Riva del Garda is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful towns on Lake Garda. The lakeside promenade and the winding alleys lined with souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars invite you to take a leisurely stroll. The comfortable apartments at the residence offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation. A playground, as well as a soccer field, volleyball court, and table tennis table, are also available. You can rent mountain bikes directly at the property. This service is subject to an additional fee. For an additional fee, you can use the communal washing machine and dryer. Barbecuing is permitted in a designated area and is subject to a fee.
The 50-square-meter three-room apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. It features one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with an induction stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, a kettle, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, bidet, and shower. A TV is also included. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, you may also check out the day before. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The public beach on Lake Garda is 700 m away. Here you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake or simply relax while your children play and make new friends.
POOL
The resort’s spacious swimming pool provides a refreshing way to cool off during the summer months. Sun loungers are scattered around the pool and are available for your use free of charge.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Enjoy wonderful moments with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or have fun swimming—for young and old alike—in the residence’s outdoor pool. A crib and a high chair are available to borrow free of charge (reservation required at the time of booking).
LEISURE AND SPORTS
The residence features an outdoor pool, as well as soccer, table tennis, and volleyball courts. Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a wide variety of sporting activities. You can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and motorboating. The inland area is ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, and golf. You can rent mountain bikes directly at the residence. This service incurs an additional fee. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy on long hikes or trekking tours.

MEALS
The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, an Italian espresso machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. Shopping options are also nearby. The complex has a bar. In addition, a variety of restaurants in the area offer delicious Italian dishes.
PETS
One small pet up to 40 cm is allowed per unit and must be registered at the time of booking. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

This comfortable and family-friendly vacation residence is beautifully nestled between Lake Garda and the mountains. The public beach and the lovely promenade, which leads to the center of Riva, are approximately 700 meters away.
CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
Riva is located on the northern shore of Lake Garda and is undisputedly one of the most beautiful towns on the lake. In addition to visiting the Roman archaeological site, we highly recommend taking a stroll along the beautiful lakeside promenade. The winding, typically Italian alleyways, lined with all kinds of souvenir and clothing shops, as well as bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, invite you to wander around. Treat yourself to an aperitif at one of the bars on the piazza and enjoy the lively atmosphere unfolding before you.We also recommend a visit to the turquoise-blue mountain lake “Lago di Tenno,” which you can reach after a half-hour drive, as well as the Varone Waterfall. A drive around Lake Garda is also a wonderful experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you’ll find Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will find plenty to enjoy here, as with over 40 attractions—ranging from white-water rides to a fairy-tale-themed world—there’s something for visitors of all ages. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, offering visitors a closer look at the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary excitement. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes’ drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include several endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
