Ground floor: Living room, lounge area (pellet stove, TV, DVD player, CD player). Equipped kitchen area (induction hob, pyrolytic oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Cellar (wc, washing machine). 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with adjoining private bathrooms (Italian shower, basin, wc). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200, 2 beds 90), bathroom. toilet. Sheets provided included. Wifi internet connection. Electric heating at an additional fixed price and wood stove powered by pellets (5 euros/day) at an additional cost. Semi-enclosed land, opening onto the property's meadows, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Very pretty contemporary gite, 20 km from Pau and Lourdes, in peaceful countryside where life is good...
