This refurbished accommodation offers a unique standard in the resort of Risoul. Apartment classified 3 stars in the category of furnished tourist accommodation, 4 pillows by the tourist office which guarantees a high level of comfort and equipment. The view overlooks the Massif des Écrins.
The Deneb residence is very well maintained and offers top-of-the-range services for a limited number of apartments. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness room and games room. Direct access to the slopes.

The living room, dining room and living room is large and very comfortable. This kind of configuration is quite unique in the residence. High-speed Wi-Fi included.
The TV is new, large and offers access to Netflix and Prime Video with your own credentials.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, the balcony is large and offers an aerial view of the resort and the Massif des Écrins.
The master bedroom has a 160cms bed, with its own bathroom.
The second bedroom is composed of 2 beds of 80cms, and the third with a very comfortable 140cms BZ.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a 2-seater bed but this should be considered as a one-off repair.
The accommodation has a large ski locker on the first floor.

The residence offers high standard services, it is very well maintained and gives almost direct access to the slopes.

In the winter season, a space is reserved for the covered municipal parking lot. This service is included in the price.
In the summer season, there will be free spaces around the residence and in the resort.

The resort is very pleasant with a real centre that is very lively in all seasons. There are several local shops where you will find absolutely everything.

The white forest area is shared with the neighbouring resort of Vars offering a wide variety of slopes in winter and summer.

The resort, located in the Hautes-Alpes department, gives quick access to Queyras, the lake of Serre-Ponçon, Embrun, Briançon or even Barcelonette depending on the opening of the Col de Vars.

Ski enthusiasts, snowboarding, road biking, mountain biking, kayaking, rafting, tree climbing, paragliding, hiking or simply mountain biking you will find what you are looking for.

The Deneb residence is located behind the hotel le clos chardon and the casa nostra restaurant, it dominates the tourist office of Risoul.
When you arrive in the village, you should immediately turn right after the statue representing a skier and a cyclist. You have to go up to the roundabout at the top and then go back down. Just after the Yoyo Bar, take the climb opposite slightly to the right. The residence is immediately on the right.
