Great hotel with nice scenery
Stayed here for 10 days in total (2 weeks). First week was great as the room was clean and everything worked as it should. It's also a lovely hotel (definitely NOT a country club, more of a farm that's been converted into a hotel) with a nice bar and great staff. Unfortunately in the second week my room was left open when i came back from work with the key still in the door, left by the cleaners. After going to reception and there only being a couple of kitchen staff around, i handed them back the key for the cleaners and they did apologise and were very nice. When i later went to pay for the room and mentioned the issue to the people on reception, they didn't really say anything and just asked me to pay and leave.... thought they may at least give me some money off or an apology... but nothing. Also the room in the second week had no wifi signal what so ever, but the manager did accommodate me and let me move rooms (try and get room 1 if you want wifi).
