Könnte noch besser sein

Auf den ersten Blick sehr schön, aber viele Baustellen die gemacht werden sollten. Die Wohnung ist an sich Ok, aber die Duschwanne an dem Wandanschluss ist undicht, mit Schimmel. Die Feuchtigkeit geht da durch die Wände, und es bilden sich auf der anderen Seite der Wand Salpeterausblühungen. Die Fugen vom Fliesenboden im Bad sind offen, und gehören gemacht. Die Kochutensilien in Küche sind zu dürftig und defekt. Die Pflaster vom Poolbereich sind uneben und Stolperfallen. Poolwasser ist sauber.
