Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
There is mold all over the walls just underneath the tv stand, the washer that was displayed as an amenity ended up just soaking our clothes with dirty water and ended up not working. Our clothes ended up smelling like sewage. These were our main concerns. When i brought these up to the host - they stopped responding to my messages and completely ignored our concerns. The mold on the walls was not only a concern regarding cleanliness but also imposes significant potential harm to the health and safety of the guests.
