Our establishment, Villa Paola, is located ijust a few steps from the centre of Rio Marina, a picturesque village situated on the eastern coast of the Island of Elba. With its colorful houses perched on the hills and its narrow cobblestone streets, Rio Marina enchants visitors with its Mediterranean charm. This captivating village is known for its maritime roots, with a port that was once vital for local mining activity. Today, Rio Marina welcomes tourists with its relaxed atmosphere, pebble beaches, and crystal-clear waters, offering a perfect retreat for those looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Island of Elba.

We offer our guests discounted rates for ferry tickets, issuing them ourselves with Moby or Toremar, where the discount ranges from 20 to 30%. Alternatively, we provide a link with a discount code inserted, allowing guests to independently purchase tickets, even for Low Cost companies such as Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Among our offerings, we also provide rental services for both scooters and e-bikes at discounted rates.

The two-room apartment Villa Paola offers a panoramic terrace overlooking the village, equipped for outdoor dining, private parking, a shared barbecue, and a washing machine. Located just steps from the center of Rio Marina, on the eastern coast of the island, characterized by black and red sandy beaches reminiscent of the mining past of this part of the island. The eastern coast is the wildest of the island, ideal for nature lovers and tranquility seekers even in high season. Only 400 meters from the town center and all services, the apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious living room with kitchenette. A garden and a washing machine are shared with the other apartments.

Important Notes:

- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM accepted with a supplement of Euro 40.00. Check-out: by 9:00 AM

- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them on request within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
