The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small building. From the entrance corridor you can access the living area with air conditioning: composed of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed. Large double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The property includes an external area for exclusive use, equipped for eating and barbeque, completely fenced with private garden.
The apartment is also equipped with ceiling fans.

Important Notes:
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 10.30; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- the rental to people with pets is not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
