We offer our clients a lovely two-room apartment, nestled in the heart of the historic center of Rio dell'Elba, with 4 beds. Rio dell'Elba is a picturesque village that has preserved the traditions of Elba more than any other. The historic center is rich in charm, characterized by narrow cobblestone streets, ancient buildings, and vibrant local culture. Visitors can explore historical landmarks such as the Church of Santi Giacomo e Quirico and the Oratory of Santa Caterina. The town also boasts delightful squares where locals gather, traditional shops offering local crafts, and cozy cafes serving regional delicacies. The authenticity and tranquility of Rio dell'Elba make it a perfect destination for those looking to experience the true essence of the island.

We offer our guests discounted rates for the ferry, issuing the ticket ourselves with Moby or Toremar where the discount ranges between 20% and 30%, or we send a link with a discount code inserted where it is possible to issue the ticket independently, even for low-cost companies like Blunavy or Corsica Ferries.

Among our proposals, we also offer discounted rentals for scooters and e-bikes.
Casa Elvi is a charming, recently renovated two-room apartment, perfect for those seeking comfort and authenticity. The apartment offers 4 beds, divided into a cozy double bedroom and a comfortable two-seater sofa bed in the living room. The living area is a bright open space that includes the living room and kitchen, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven and refrigerator, and provides everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals independently. Guests can enjoy all modern comforts.

Important notes:

- Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with a supplement of 40.00 Euros.
Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
- Linens: bed and bath linens are not provided in the apartments. It is possible to rent them within 7 days before the arrival date at a cost of Euro 40 euro for the double bed and 20 euro for the single bed, delivery only in our office in Portoferraio.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
