The living room is equipped with 1 double sofabed and provides direct access to the garden and terrace. The first bedroom is a large double room featuring 1 double bed measuring 170 cm in width and 220 cm in length, and includes a private en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC. Please be aware that this large double bedroom is not internally connected to the other rooms of the villa; it is accessed via the loggia or through a door at the back of the house. The second bedroom features a panoramic window, 1 single bed, and 1 pull-out bed, with a direct exit to the terrace. The single beds in this room can be combined into a double configuration. The third bedroom contains 2 beds and benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, along with direct access to the garden and veranda.
