Overall we enjoyed staying here. House was clean, had all basic necessities for our stay, semi comfortable master bed, house is close to the boat ramp/ park and pier had good fishing. I only have 3 complaints. The major one is parking for boat and trailer. The road/loop to get to the property is very tight. If your boat is possibly 18’ or less you can back it into the driveway straight. My boat is 24’ and I had to strategically back the boat in sideways which left basically zero room to park my truck. Second complaint is the wifi didn’t work at all. Not a huge deal, but if you have Verizon service isn’t great. Third is there isn’t any curtains on the sliding back door. Neighbors can see directly in.

Great little fishing cabin

My dad and I stayed there for 5 days during a fishing trip. Boat dock worked well for my bay boat and pretty close to the outlet into the bay saved time to the fishing grounds.

Weekend in Arroyo City

We had a really fun time. The house was perfect for us. We loved all the decking and pier areas on the water. Easy access, fully stocked, and a very nice host made for a great trip! We will come back again.

Fishing trip

Overall a nice cabin, good location, clean, well furnished. Was disappointed to have no tv service, especially since the weather was bad. However, to be fair it was not listed as an amenity.Great communication. with host.
